Duties
  • Development of training programs for various categories of personnel
  • Development of programs to motivate employees of the Bank
  • Development of programs to motivate employees of the Bank
  • • Development, adaptation, personnel reserve, placement of personnel, personnel workflow, labor remuneration, provision of benefits and guarantees at a professional level, budgeting of personnel and social cost items, psychological assessment, etc.
  • Drawing up an assessment of the performance of departments
  • Preparation and implementation of new training programs
  • Participation in the automation of T&D processes
Requirements
  • Required work experience: 1-3 years
  • Higher education (additional education in personnel management will be an advantage)
  • Experience in building / reorganizing the T&D function in companies with more than 3,000 employees
  • Knowledge of modern methods of personnel assessment
  • Structural composition, result orientation, activeness ‚responsibility‚ commitment, excellent communication and leadership qualities

Duties
  • Attraction of new clients
  • Providing clients with information about all extended credits loans of the Bank
  • Analysis of the borrower's activities and financial condition thereof
  • Assessment of risks when granting credits

  • Interaction with structural divisions of the Bank
Requirements
  • Required work experience: not required
  • Higher education in finance / economics
  • Fluency in Uzbek and Russian (English and other foreign languages are welcome)
  • Basic knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, regulatory legal acts related to banking activities

Duties
  • Collection and analysis of data on banking risks
  • Compilation and assessment of risk metrics within the framework of risk appetite, limits of various levels
  • Assessment of the effectiveness of risk management
  • Development of proposals to minimize risks
  • Formation of reporting on risk management
  • Formation of databases and electronic archives of information
  • Participation in the development of internal regulations of the Bank
Requirements
  • Required work experience: 3-6 years
  • Higher education in finance / economics
  • Basic knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, regulatory legal acts related to banking activities
  • Ability to build mathematical models is welcomed
  • Fluency in Uzbek and Russian (English and other foreign languages are welcomed)
  • Willingness to actively learn new things, ability to work in a team
