Requirements
Required work experience: 1-3 years
Higher education (additional education in personnel management will be an advantage)
Experience in building / reorganizing the T&D function in companies with more than 3,000 employees
Knowledge of modern methods of personnel assessment
Structural composition, result orientation,
activeness ‚responsibility‚ commitment, excellent communication and leadership qualities
